Not all businesses are the same, and similarly, our coaching programs
are not “one size fits all”.

Business coaching shouldn’t be a mystery, nor is not magic. Achieving a great business is about setting goals, building strategies and systems and sticking to them. This page on our coaching process gives you some insight into how it works.

The Alignment

We always start with what we call an Alignment. The Alignment starts with an in-depth look at your goals, both business and personal, the sales and marketing strategies you have used previously and what results were achieved. Our aim is to identify many different areas of untapped potential.

The Alignment is basically a road map for the future of your business. It will give you a complete list of strategies and ideas that you’re not currently using in your business, as well as identifying those you are using that could do with some improvements. This is your ActionPLAN for your program.

The process of going through this alignment process ensures you, your life and/or business partners and your entire team are clear on your goals and objectives, before we change anything. This is vitally important to clarify what each person is striving to achieve. Clarity is Power!

After Alignment

After the Alignment, we then move on to our regular coach meetings where we review your Action plan and work on strategies, knowledge, and motivation to help implement those opportunities on you plan.

Our regular coach meetings are preplanned and are usually set as recurring appointments at the same week day and time so that it is easy to remember and plan around.

Around the end of every quarter we review our quarterly plan. This is where we review our activities in the last quarter and literally tick off the ones complete, and those that require further work are added to the next quarterly plan. We also set goals for the next quarter and review annual and further out our goals, to make sure we are still happy with that direction.

Most business also develop their own business plan within the first 6 months. This is down in one of our regular business planning workshops using our unique online business planning tool.


2 X 1 hour session a month

This program is designed for small business owners who are highly motivated, experienced professionals, that want to be kept on task with an injection of an outsider’s perspective and enthusiasm once a month.

It is also suited to business owners who have completed either the Silver or Gold business coaching programs and are now ready to scale back the one on one contact with Clyde.



4 X 1 hour sessions per month

This program is our most popular, and a strong favourite of trade businesses.


This program suits those business owners with 2 to 10 staff and who are committed to getting their business ahead. The type of business that most benefits from this program is a business whose owner really wants their business to implement the strategies in their Action Plan as quickly and effectively as possible.



4 X 1.5 hour sessions per month

This program is designed for more complex businesses with 10+ staff, multiple directors/partners and administration support.

This suits businesses that are determined to achieve significant growth in the next 12 months. Your business is probably already going well but you may typically need to rapidly expand your customer base, introduce a new product or open another outlet. You have some really good staff members but your business is struggling to reach its full potential. You are probably working way too many hours and the business would not be able to survive without your constant input.



4 X 2 hour sessions per month for a team of up to 8 executive managers.
